Lia Navarro

I build fast, accessible websites for small teams that need them to work on any phone and any connection.

I have spent seven years writing HTML, CSS and JavaScript for clinics, local shops and community groups around Metro Manila. Most of their visitors are on mid-range Android phones with prepaid data, so I keep pages light and make sure they still work when the signal drops.

Outside of client work I mentor at a weekend coding club in Cubao and maintain a small open-source library for Philippine address forms.
